Shipping Policy

Items that are purchased through the store will take approximately 2-7 days to fulfill an order, after which it will be shipped out.  

The exact shipping time depends on your location, but typically ship within the United States within 3-4 business days.  

International orders and shipments may incur customs fees depending on the destination country (and factors such as order value and country limits may contribute).  The customer is responsible for covering of these international fees if applicable. 

If your order is late, before contacting us, please:

     1.  Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.

     2. Ask your local post office if they have your package.

     3.  Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them. 

Merchandise from Shop Returns

Please contact before returning any products.  

Any claims for misprinted, damaged, defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. 

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.  Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. 

We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse.  Returns for products, face masks, as well as size exchanges are to be offered at your expense and discretion. 

If something arrives damaged, pleases end a photo of the damaged goods to sales@flysurreal.com, then we’ll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you. 

Custom Made Oil Painting Returns

Whether it captures the essence of a loved one, brings to life the memory of a wingman, depicts your call sign, or celebrates a decades-spanning career, a custom painting is a very special thing…

…and I want you to ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT.

I work with customers up front and show outlines/sketches of the concept, as well as provide periodic updates to ensure that you will love your piece, and ultimately capture exactly what you want.

I will send a photo of the finished piece before shipping to ensure that you are absolutely satisfied.  

I will also develop a custom time-lapse video of the painting process for your enjoyment, memories, and sharing on social media.  Pick what ever song or message you want embedded in it to make it something truly unique and personalized for you.  

Once a custom piece is approved and shipped, it is non returnable.
